So we basically see that in virtually every company, and in particular in the cases of spas, a proper and wise management of workers by the human resources department can definitely help the company progress according to its strategic plan.
As money is the primary concern and interest of almost any company, including the spa aforementioned of course, human resources can use its knowledge and expertise in order to both motivate good workers and provide them with incentives to keep their morale high and their performance well, and also to keep a close eye on workers who aren't performing well and dealing with them in the best possible way, that which will benefit the company the most.
In plain words, the power that the human resource department wields in a company such as a spa is significant and cannot be overlooked, as it is responsible to a great extent for the strategic plan of the company, which is to earn as much money as possible and generate the maximum revenue.
